The art of bartending

We often talk about the art of bartending, but Manuel Spolaore, a bartender at The Ritz in London, took a different, very unique approach. He connects art and the art of bartending, taking inspiration from a movement born after the WWII, called “Arte Informale”. His intention was to use the art as a positive distraction and to vent his passions, tensions and discomforts during this difficult period.
