Julian Brigget, Bar Manager at The Nautilus Bar  Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, has released his new Spice Trade menu.

Julian was inspired by the rich history of Indonesia’s Spice Trade era with 16 captivating cocktails, each highlighting the essence of local spices as pepper, pandan, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

We got lucky and under the guidance of Julian embarked on a taste voyage as no other, three of the 16 drinks on the menu use Bobby’s Dry Gin as the base spirit:

Maceson  – Bobby’s Dry Gin | Mancino Secco Vermouth

Gin-Melon – Bobby’s Dry Gin | Campari | Watermelon Soda | Acid Solution | Mace Syrup

Berry Mesoyi – Earl Grey Bobby’s Dry Gin | Giffard Crème de Cassis | Mesoyi Cinnamon Syrup | Lemon
