10 years of Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin!

What started with Grandfather Bobby’s Pinang Raci Spice Blend on spice island Ambon has grown into something much bigger. From our hometown Schiedam, the birthplace of Jenever (the malty ancestor of Gin), to the glasses and (home) bars of numerous adventurous gin drinkers and bartenders worldwide. This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the support of our global family and partners. Thank you all for being part of our journey!

As we raise our glasses to 10 years of Bobby’s Gin, we are looking back on a few special Bobby’s moments:

2014: Family & friends launch invite at Barrelproof in Rotterdam

2015: First time at the BCB (The Grandsons). By the way, that was not the first time at the BCB. But this is a nice photo of us together that has never been posted before. So, we need more photos together 🙂 

2016: Jenever launch invite; Spirit number 2 in line, the grandson’s cut of grandpa’s recipe.

2016: The very first branded box to hit the bars!

2017: Bobby’s Jenever Shoot in Schiedam

2017: Jules Deelder is a fan! His famous quote: ‘Go easy on the tonic!’

2017: Our very first cocktail competition held in Tokyo. The winner was Kentaro Wada.

2019: The first international Bobby’s on Tour in Italy.

2019: We created our first Jenever-based gin to celebrate our 5th anniversary.

2021: Our ready-to-drink, two of our finest Bobby’s gin perfect serves; canned up bar quality!

2023: Our spirits in line; the best lineup ever (so far).
