Recipe

  • 50ml Bobby’s Gin Pinang Raci
  • 30ml Peach shrub
  • Pinch of seasalt
  • 10ml Timur berry syrup
  • 50ml Cava
  • Daun Salam leaf

How to make it

Add Bobby’s Gin Pinang Raci, peach shrub, sea salt, timur berry syrup and Cava to a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes, shake well and strain into a highball filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a Daun Salam leaf.
