- 40ml Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin
- 30ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 20ml Suze Liqueur
- Grapefruit zest
How to make it
Pour Bobby’s Gin, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto and Suze in a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a barspoon. Strain over ice cubes in a tumbler glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
