How to make it
Pour Bobby’s Gin Pinang Raci, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto and Luxardo Bianco in a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a barspoon. Strain over ice cubes in a tumbler glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
