Recipe

40ml Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin
10ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Gyokuro green tea syrup
45ml Sparkling water
Yuzu Japanese bitters
Bamboo leaf



How to make it

Add Bobby’s Gin, lemon juice, Gyokuro green tea syrup to a cocktail shaker and add the Yuzu Japanese bitters. Add ice cubes, shake well and strain over ice cubes in a highball glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a bamboo leaf.
