You could call this a Schiedam riff on a Milano-Torino cocktail. Equal parts of Bobby’s Gin and good quality sweet vermouth, with 2 dashes of Orange Bitters. Beautiful, delicious, very easy.

35 ml Vermouth Cocchi di Torino
2 dash Orange bitters
Orange zest
How to make it
Add Bobby’s Gin, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters to a mixing glass. Fill with ice cubes and stir with a barspoon. Strain in a tumbler glass filled with ice. Perfume and garnish with an orange zest.
