50ml Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin
20ml Elisir Limone (limoncello)
10ml Earl Grey tea syrup
Eucalypt Tincture tonic
Orange zest with cloves
How to make it
Add Bobby’s Gin, Eliser Limone, Earl Grey tea syrup and espresso to a mixing glass. Add a barspoon of eucalypt tincture tonic. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a barspoon. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with orange zest and cloves.
